Terms & Conditions

General

A signed Virtual Assistant Services Agreement outlining terms and conditions will be required for all new clients. A signed Monthly Retainer Agreement outlining terms and conditions will be required for all clients who wish to join the Plan. A copy will be emailed/posted for signature prior to work commencing.

Although the utmost care is taken to produce error free work, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the final document or work is to their satisfaction. Any errors are corrected free of charge, any revisions requested by the client are charged at the Hourly Rate.

Payment & Invoicing

Hourly rates are billed at ¼ hour increments with the first hour being a minimum charge, unless on a Retainer Agreement.

Basic telephone calls, emails and printing stationery are included in the hourly rate.

Invoices will be issued on a Weekly Basis (or Monthly for clients on the Monthly Retainer Plan)

Payment is due upon completion of work for new clients. Payment is due from 7 days of receipt of invoice for existing clients as per the Virtual Assistant Services Agreement or Monthly Retainer Agreement.

Preferred payment is EFT or Direct Debit. Cheques and Cash are also accepted.

All Rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not attract GST.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Additional Charges

Expenses are additional costs and will be itemised on your Invoice. These additional expenses may include such items as postage, courier services, STD and mobile telephone calls, specialised stationery and requested computer programs/applications.

Travelling time to Bayside suburbs such as Wynnum, Manly, Birkdale, Thorneside, Carina, Belmont and Tingalpa are included in the Hourly Rate. Off site services outside of these areas may attract Travelling Charges.

Additional Charges will be discussed with the client prior to commencement of work where possible.

Confidentiality

The Client can rest assured of 100% confidentiality of all information and no details will be passed onto any third party without written consent by the Client.
